Refund Policy

At New Vision Life Coaching, we are committed to providing impactful, compassionate coaching services. Your time and healing journey are important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.

🔹 Single Session Purchases

Refunds: Refunds are available only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are non-refundable and will be considered used.

🔹 Coaching Packages (e.g., 5-Session Discount Bundle)

Refunds after use: Once any session in the package has been used, the package becomes non-refundable.
Unused Packages: If no sessions have been used, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

🔹 Workshops, Group Sessions, or Special Programs

Refunds: Full refunds will be offered if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

🔹 Rescheduling Policy

Clients are welcome to reschedule any session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be denied or result in the session being forfeited.
