Welcome to New Vision Life Coaching. By booking a session, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

🔹 1. Services Provided

New Vision Life Coaching offers personal coaching services focused on life transitions, grief, emotional healing, relationships, spirituality, and personal development. Coaching sessions are intended to support growth and self-awareness and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

🔹 2. Client Responsibility

Clients understand that life coaching is a collaborative process and agree to take full responsibility for their own mental, emotional, and physical well-being during and after sessions.

🔹 3. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Your personal information and session details will never be shared without written consent unless required by law (e.g., if there is potential harm to yourself or others).

🔹 4. Session Policies

• Session Length: Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.

• No-Show Policy: Missed sessions without prior notice will be counted as completed and are non-refundable.

🔹 5. Payments & Refunds

• All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged.

• Packages (such as 5-session bundles) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

🔹 6. Free Consultation Policy

New Vision Life Coaching offers one complimentary 30-minute consultation per client. This session is designed to determine fit and is not a full coaching session.

All content shared during sessions or on the website (texts, worksheets, methods, etc.) is the property of New Vision Life Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or reused without permission.

By using our website, you agree not to engage in unauthorized use, distribution, or duplication of our materials. Any misuse may result in restricted access or legal action.

🔹 9. Right to Refuse Service

New Vision Life Coaching reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a coaching relationship if it is deemed unethical, harmful, or inappropriate.
