At New Vision Coaching, we believe transformation begins with a deeper understanding of your purpose, your pain, and your potential. Founded by Medhane B. Admekom, a certified life coach and proud member of the International Organization of Professional Life Coaches (IAPO), our mission is rooted in lived experience, spiritual wisdom, and the resilience of the human spirit.
Medhane’s journey—from being a single father, to enduring the heartbreak of losing a beloved sister, to navigating the complex transitions of life—has shaped a coaching practice grounded in empathy, faith, and clarity. New Vision Coaching was born from his calling to help others move from confusion to clarity, from heartbreak to healing, and from stagnation to spiritual awakening.

New Vision Life Coaching was born from that divine call — to serve, to uplift, to guide others through the storms I once barely survived. This work isn’t just about coaching goals. It’s about healing hearts, restoring faith, and helping people walk back into the purpose they thought they had lost.
